Loving Care Day Nursery Inc. was established to meet the social, creative and intellectual needs of children in the Washington Metropolitan area. Owners Anthony and Annie Pankey have been providing children with loving care, unique learning experiences and a positive environment since 1974. At Loving Care Day Nursery Inc., we offer the basic insight into a child's curiosity for being creative, exploring new ideas and using all the basic sensory skills.
Loving Care Day Nursery Inc.'s Child Care Services Include:
- In The Classroom -- Our curriculum is based on meeting the needs of the total child through many activities
- Infant & Toddler Programs -- Your infant will receive daily evaluations to keep you abreast of your child's development and physical growth. Our toddler program, specially designed to foster the development of very young children, has its emphasis on social, play skills and language stimulation.
- Health & Safety Policies -- Adults must sign their child in and out, monthly fire drills, and medication administered with written instructions from your child's physician.

The educational philosophy of Loving Care Day Nursery Inc. is based on meeting the needs of the total child. We also believe that learning should be fun. Young children learn by exploring, being inquisitive, investigating, imitating, and being active.
At Loving Care Day Nursery Inc., we acknowledge that every child is different and learns at their own pace. It is most important that we acknowledge this in a child's formative years. It is essential that in our effort to teach young children, we are creative, understanding and make learning a happy experience so children can truly reap the rewards of a quality education.
